Founders and Members

Sustainet was conceptualized as an initiative by the German Council for Sustainable Development back in 2004 in response to the Millennium Development Goals of eradicating hunger and extreme poverty. The initiative therefore targeted East Africa, Latin America and India as the pilot regions.  Key founding organizations that played critical role in the formation of Sustainet included;
